Brick By Brick follows Dan Cruckshank and Charlie Luxton during the reconstruction of a fully working, coal-fired Edwardian fish and chip shop at the Beamish Heritage museum. They discover local stories, re-discover heritage building techniques and relay the story of the early begins of the humble chip shop during a 10 month labour of love rebuilding and then installing the period fryer.
